1. Our Return Window

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. After 30 days, unfortunately we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed and in original condition
  • With all original tags and packaging attached
  • Free from stains, odours, hair or signs of use

We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Underwear, socks and other intimate items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale / clearance items (marked at checkout)

4. How to Start a Return

  1. Email returns@trackov.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. We'll reply within 24 hours with your return address and instructions.
  3. Pack your item securely and ship it back using a tracked service.
  4. Once received and inspected (1–3 business days), we'll process your refund.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return. You'll get an email as soon as it's processed. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

6. Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? The fastest way is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement — this avoids stock-availability delays.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email support@trackov.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund — your choice.

8. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service — we can't be responsible for parcels lost on the way back to us.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or card provider — processing times can vary. Still nothing? Email returns@trackov.com and we'll sort it.
